1. Services We Provide
Sunspire Holidays offers private and customizable tour experiences across Sri Lanka. Services may include:
- Private transportation with a driver
- Customized itineraries
- Sightseeing and activity coordination
- Travel consultation
Note: We do not provide accommodation directly. However, we may offer recommendations upon request.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made via our website, email, or direct communication.
- A minimum advance payment (typically 25%–50%) is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due prior to or upon tour commencement.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (if available), or other agreed-upon methods.
- Pricing is provided in USD and/or LKR, depending on the customer’s location and payment preference.
3. Pricing Policy
- Quoted prices include transport, driver wages, fuel, tolls, parking, and any entry fees specified in the itinerary.
- Prices do not include meals, personal expenses, accommodation, travel insurance, or any other items not expressly listed.
- Pricing may vary based on seasonality, vehicle type, group size, or special requests.
- All prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 15+ days before the tour start date: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
Sunspire Holidays-Initiated Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
5. Amendments to Itinerary
- Minor changes can usually be accommodated if requested in advance.
- Once a tour has commenced, any changes requested by the guest may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, public holidays, or other operational concerns for the safety and benefit of the guests.
6. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance
- All guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel and have no conditions that would make participation unsafe.
- Sunspire Holidays strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal belongings.
- We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, theft, or accidents that occur during the trip.
7. Vehicles & Drivers
- We provide well-maintained vehicles appropriate for the group size (car or van).
- All drivers are licensed, experienced, and knowledgeable about local routes and attractions.
- Vehicle type is assigned based on passenger count and luggage requirements unless a specific request is made and agreed upon.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, our obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or protests
- Acts of terrorism
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including itineraries, descriptions, photos, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of Sunspire Holidays unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
