Booking your private Sri Lanka tour with Sunspire Holidays is simple, transparent, and personalized.

Here is how our booking process works:

Step 1 – Send Your Tour Inquiry

Submit your inquiry through our website with:

Preferred travel dates
Number of travelers
Accommodation preferences
Special interests (wildlife, beaches, tea country, culture, etc.)

We respond promptly with a customized itinerary proposal tailored to your preferences.

Step 2 – Receive Your Personalized Sri Lanka Itinerary

You will receive:

A detailed day-by-day itinerary
Recommended hotels and activities
Transparent pricing
Deposit and payment terms
Cancellation policy

We refine your itinerary until it perfectly matches your expectations.

Step 3 – Secure Your Booking with a 30% Deposit

To confirm your Sri Lanka private tour, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.

Booking Acknowledgement:
Once your deposit is received, your booking request is acknowledged, and you will receive a Booking Acknowledgement via email.

Sunspire Holidays will then begin securing all third-party services, including accommodations, private transportation, and scheduled activities.

Final Booking Confirmation:
Once all services are successfully secured, you will receive a Final Booking Confirmation, at which point your Sri Lanka tour is officially guaranteed.

Online Payments:
All online payments are securely processed by our affiliated company, PVRay Marketing (Malaysia), on behalf of Sunspire Holidays. Please note that your bank or card statement may display PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) or PayPal as the billing descriptor.

Important Notice: The deposit secures the booking process but does not immediately guarantee all services. Third-party bookings are subject to availability and supplier policies.

Step 4 – Pay Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

A reminder email will be sent before the due date for your convenience.

Step 5 – Final Travel Confirmation

Before your arrival, you will receive:

Airport pickup details
Driver contact information
Final itinerary
Emergency contact number

At this point, your Sri Lanka journey is fully prepared and secured, and all arrangements have been confirmed.
