1. Services We Provide
Sunspire Holidays offers private and customizable tour experiences across Sri Lanka. Services may include:

Accommodation:
Sunspire Holidays assists in arranging and booking accommodation; however, all accommodation is provided by independent third-party hotels, resorts, or service providers. Sunspire Holidays does not own, operate, or control these providers.
All accommodation bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective providers. While we make reasonable efforts to select reliable partners, Sunspire Holidays shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or service deficiencies of such third parties. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in resolving issues where possible.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made via our website, email, or direct communication as outlined on our website.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm and secure your booking, including accommodation, transport, and other services specified in the itinerary.

The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be made via online payment methods, international bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Prices may be quoted in USD, EUR, or LKR depending on the client’s preference.
Important Notice: Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. The deposit is used to secure third-party services and may be subject to the cancellation policies of those providers.
3. Payment Methods and Processing
Sunspire Holidays offers multiple payment options, including online payments and direct bank transfers.
Online Payments:
Customers may choose to make payments online via payment links, PayPal invoices, or directly through the website (where available). All such online payments are securely processed by our affiliated company, PVRay Marketing (Malaysia), which acts as the authorized payment processing entity on behalf of Sunspire Holidays. This includes payments made through PayPal or any integrated payment gateway.
By proceeding with an online payment, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction may be processed, charged, and settled by PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) on behalf of Sunspire Holidays. The billing descriptor on your payment method may reflect PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) or the relevant payment processor.
Direct Bank Transfers:
Customers may alternatively choose to make payments via direct bank transfer, wire transfer, or SWIFT transfer. In such cases, payment will be made directly to the bank account provided by Sunspire Holidays, and Sunspire Holidays will be the receiving entity.
Sunspire Holidays remains solely responsible for all travel services, bookings, and customer support in all cases. PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) is responsible only for payment processing functions related to online payments.
This structure applies depending on the selected payment method and does not affect the nature or delivery of services provided by Sunspire Holidays.
4. Pricing Policy

Quoted prices include transport, driver services, fuel, tolls, parking, and any items specifically listed in the confirmed itinerary.

Accommodation is included only where explicitly stated in the itinerary or quotation.

Prices do not include meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, or any services not expressly mentioned.

Pricing may vary based on seasonality, accommodation type, vehicle selection, group size, or special requests.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations

More than 30 days before arrival: Partial refund of the deposit may be provided after deducting bank charges and any non-refundable third-party supplier fees.

30 days or less before arrival / No-show / Early departure: No refund will be provided.
Sunspire Holidays-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative arrangement of equal value (subject to availability)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Amendments to Itinerary

Minor changes can usually be accommodated if requested in advance.

Once a tour has commenced, any requested changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, public holidays, or other operational concerns to ensure safety and guest experience.
7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.

Sunspire Holidays shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
8. Vehicles & Drivers

Vehicles are well-maintained and appropriate for the group size.

Drivers are licensed, experienced, and knowledgeable about local routes and attractions.

Vehicle assignment is based on passenger count and luggage requirements unless otherwise requested.
9. Force Majeure

Sunspire Holidays is not liable for failures or delays due to events outside our control, including:

Government restrictions

Strikes or protests

Acts of terrorism

Pandemics or public health emergencies

10. Third-Party Services
Certain services provided during your tour, including accommodation, attractions, and activities, are delivered by independent third-party providers.
Sunspire Holidays acts as an intermediary in arranging such services and shall not be responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or performance of these providers.
Any disputes regarding third-party services may be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers
11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — itineraries, photos, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of Sunspire Holidays. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Website Use

Users agree not to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
