Payment Information for Sri Lanka Tours
At Sunspire Holidays, we ensure that the payment process for your Sri Lanka private tour is secure, transparent, and straightforward.
Whether you are traveling from Europe or other international destinations, our payment structure is designed to give you clarity and confidence.
1. Deposit for Sri Lanka Tour Booking
To confirm your customized Sri Lanka tour, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
This deposit allows us to begin securing:
- Selected hotels and accommodations
- Private vehicle with licensed driver
- Airport transfers
- Pre-booked experiences and activities
Booking Acknowledgement:
Once your deposit is received, your booking request is acknowledged, and you will receive a Booking Acknowledgement via email.
Sunspire Holidays will then begin securing all third-party services on your behalf. After all services are successfully secured, you will receive a Final Booking Confirmation, at which point your Sri Lanka tour is officially guaranteed.

2. Online Payment Processing
Online payments for Sunspire Holidays are securely processed by our affiliated company, PVRay Marketing (Malaysia), on behalf of Sunspire Holidays.
By making an online payment, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction may be processed, charged, and settled by PVRay Marketing (Malaysia).
Please note that your bank or card statement may display PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) or PayPal as the billing descriptor.

3. Balance Payment
The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days prior to arrival in Sri Lanka.
A reminder email will be sent before the due date for your convenience.
4. Accepted Payment Method
1. PayPal (Credit/Debit Card Accepted)
- Payments are securely processed by PVRay Marketing (Malaysia) on behalf of Sunspire Holidays.
- You may receive a PayPal invoice or payment request issued by PVRay Marketing (Malaysia).
2. International Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
- Your invoice will include:
- Bank name
- Account name: Sunspire Holidays
- Account number
- SWIFT/BIC code
- Payment reference instructions
- We recommend using USD for international payments to minimize currency conversion fees.
3. Other Agreed Payment Methods
- Any other payment methods must be pre-approved and agreed in writing.
5. Secure & Transparent Payment Process
Once we receive your deposit:
Once all services are successfully secured, you will receive a Final Booking Confirmation, at which point your Sri Lanka tour is officially guaranteed.
Your booking request is acknowledged, and you will receive a Booking Acknowledgement.
Sunspire Holidays will begin securing accommodations, transport, and pre-booked activities on your behalf.
