Step 2 – Receive Your Personalized Sri Lanka Itinerary

You will receive:

Deposit and payment terms
Cancellation policy

We refine your itinerary until it perfectly matches your expectations.

Step 3 – Confirm with 30% Deposit

To secure your Sri Lanka private tour, a 30% deposit is required.

This confirms:

Accommodation reservations
Private transportation
Scheduled services

You will then receive an official Booking Confirmation email.

Important Notice: Travel services are considered confirmed once a deposit is received. The deposit secures third-party services including accommodation and transport arrangements and may be subject to supplier cancellation policies.

Step 4 – Pay Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% balance is payable 14 days before arrival.

A reminder will be sent prior to the due date.

Step 5 – Final Travel Confirmation

Before your arrival, we send:

Driver contact information
Final itinerary
Emergency contact number
