By using this website and booking travel services with Sunspire Holidays, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or inquiries.


1. Services We Provide

Sunspire Holidays offers private and customizable tour experiences across Sri Lanka. Services may include:

  • Private transportation with a licensed driver

  • Customized itineraries

  • Sightseeing and activity coordination

  • Travel consultation

Note: Accommodation is not provided directly. We may offer recommendations upon request.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, email, or direct communication.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your hotels, transport, and all services as outlined in the itinerary.

  • The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

  • Payments can be made via international bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Pricing is provided in USD, EUR, or LKR depending on the client’s preference.

Important Notice: Travel services are considered confirmed once a deposit is received. The deposit secures third-party services including accommodation and transport arrangements and may be subject to supplier cancellation policies.


    3. Pricing Policy

    • Quoted prices include transport, driver wages, fuel, tolls, parking, and any entry fees specified in the itinerary.

    • Prices do not include meals, personal expenses, accommodation, travel insurance, or other items not expressly listed.

    • Pricing may vary based on seasonality, vehicle type, group size, or special requests.

    • All prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.


    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Client-Initiated Cancellations

    • More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit refundable minus bank charges and any non-refundable supplier fees.

    • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refundable.

    • 14 days or less before arrival: Deposit non-refundable.

    Sunspire Holidays-Initiated Cancellations

    • In the unlikely event we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement offered.

    Note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.


    5. Amendments to Itinerary

    • Minor changes can usually be accommodated if requested in advance.

    • Once a tour has commenced, any requested changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

    • We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, public holidays, or other operational concerns to ensure safety and guest experience.


    6. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel.

    • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.

    • Sunspire Holidays is not liable for personal injuries, loss, theft, or accidents during the trip.


    7. Vehicles & Drivers

    • Vehicles are well-maintained and appropriate for the group size.

    • Drivers are licensed, experienced, and knowledgeable about local routes and attractions.

    • Vehicle assignment is based on passenger count and luggage requirements unless otherwise requested.


    8. Force Majeure

    • Sunspire Holidays is not liable for failures or delays due to events outside our control, including:

      • Natural disasters

      • Government restrictions

      • Strikes or protests

      • Acts of terrorism

      • Pandemics or public health emergencies


    9. Intellectual Property

    • All content on this website — itineraries, photos, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of Sunspire Holidays. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


    10. Website Use

    • Users agree not to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.

    • Content may not be copied or scraped for commercial use.

    • Information submitted (e.g., inquiries, feedback) may be used to improve our services.


    11. Privacy & Data Use

    12. Disputes & Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

    • Disputes shall be settled under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
